Do you have experience leading band Auxiliary Majorette Dance programs and a passion for building strong, sustainable teams? We are seeking coaching professionals who can support band directors and institutions during a critical season of review, rebuilding, and growth.

We are expanding our network of qualified coaching professionals, welcoming both experienced leaders and emerging coaches nationwide who are prepared to step into impactful roles and contribute to long-term program success. This is a rolling hiring initiative, with opportunities matched as program needs arise; selected candidates may be invited to participate in a virtual interview. Preparation begins now—auditions, training plans, and program strategy must be established early, and we are intentionally building the talent pipeline to support that success.
